SELF CARE: Realigning Your Chakras
I haven’t been on my mat in months. I do “drive by” prayers as I run out of the house to catch my train. Meditation? Ha! With work related stress, prepping for graduation, helping to start a new business, receiving a new diagnosis and other minor stressors, the fast few months have been difficult to say the least.
I realize I have to get back into my daily yoga, meditation and prayer routine in order to get the rest of my life on track.
