All travel is provided through SilvurLining Travel. A fully licensed and insured travel agency.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

Before making reservations, it is your responsibility to read the fine print associated with your desired product including, but not limited to, the following sections: Pricing and its notice, Tour Itinerary, Package Includes, Package Excludes, Cancellation and Refund Policy, Terms and Conditions, Special Note, etc.. And you herein state that you have read and fully understand the content of all fine print and will waive the right to dispute any part of it after your purchase.

 

Once you have completed your reservation, it is the customer’s responsibility to keep all contact information up-to-date. 

RESERVATIONS

Your purchase does not automatically guarantee a reservation. Your purchase will be confirmed via email within one to two business days. If your purchase cannot be confirmed for any reason, we will fully refund your purchase without any additional charges. We recommend each customer read and review the cancellation policy and consider purchasing a Travel Insurance policy.

 

The following items are not included in your tour cost: Travel insurance, tips, alcohol, excess baggage charges, personal expenses, visa and border charges.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

* Booking Conditions only applies to private and custom travel packages.

Land Payments: For all bookings, a non-refundable deposit of $500.00 per person is required to confirm land services. In special cases a larger deposit may be required. Confirmation of hotel space and ground services will not be requested until the deposit has been received. Deposit amount will be applied towards the final invoice. Alternate properties will be offered in the event the quoted hotel is not available. Final payment is due 30 days prior to departure. Late payments may result in cancellation or a late payment fee of $50.00 per traveler. Bookings require a minimum of services, including hotels and ground services. Programs are sold as a package only and no price breakdown will be provided. One re-quote or estimate will be provided free of charge.

Air Payments: Air pricing is subject to change until paid in full. Carrier terms and conditions apply. Once your air schedule is confirmed, any alterations risk the loss of air space and/or increased airfares. Blaq Gurl Moves does not hold block space on any airline and does not guarantee air availability.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
We highly recommend you purchase a travel insurance plan. Please click this link for Travel Insurance Information.
Claims and Refunds: Anything not specifically mentioned as included is at traveler’s own expense. In the unlikely event of problems with a hotel, transfer, tour or other services, immediately contact the manager of the hotel or the supplier to resolve the matter on the spot. If further assistance is needed, contact your Blaq Gurl Moves tribe member. Little can be rectified after the fact, so it is very important to address all problems at the time of occurrence. No refunds will be made in the event of “no show” or trip interruption. Claims must be made in writing and within 30 days of tour completion.
REFUND POLICY

There are NO REFUNDS

  • Some tours may require a minimum number of travelers to operate. The affected traveler may choose a similar tour product as a substitute. Should this occur, it would be under very rare circumstances.
  • Please note that the product substitute chosen by the traveler may be more expensive than the original product and therefore may be subject to an additional cost.
  • All hotel and tour schedules are arranged ahead of time. Any person failing to appear on the day of departure will not be refunded.
  • No refund will be given for any portions of the tour unused by the traveler after tour departure regardless of circumstances.
  • Airfare is completely non-refundable and non-changeable for tours when airfare is included in the final price.
  • Hotel extensions and Instant Confirmation products (admission tickets, city passes, etc.) cannot be exchanged or refunded once confirmed.

CANCELLATIONS

Our Cancellation Policy

The Cancellation Policies listed below apply to all reservations unless the tour booked has specific rates or fees listed under “Special Notes.” Please carefully review the “Special Notes” of your tour prior to booking. Please know that Blaq Gurl Moves will always adhere to individual tour policies when applicable.

 

How to Cancel a Reservation

We will process your cancellation/refund request within one to seven business days. We will NOT acknowledge any verbal / over-the-phone request or voice mail. Verbally speaking with our customer service representatives without filling out a request form will not guarantee that your cancellation has been processed or acknowledged. We will NOT accept email cancellations unless they have completed the attached Cancellation Form.

 

  • Cancellation must be made by filling out the Blaq Gurl Moves Cancellation Request Form. Please explain why you are requesting a cancellation. Please complete the Cancellation Request Form here.

 

CHANGE FEES

Amendment Fees:

Any changes made to a reservation after successfully submitting the order online and 7 days before the tour departs for single day and 24 days before the tour departs for multi day tours will be subject to a minimum $50.00 Amendment Fee (per change). Reservations will be confirmed within one to two business days. The following constitute as an amendment to a tour:

  • Changing departure date
  • Changing pick up time or location
  • Changing tour
  • Changing guest name
  • Changing itinerary
  • Removing / Replacing a guest
  • Adding / Replacing a guest
  • The $50.00 amendment fee is a minimum tour change fee. If you request multiple changes and/or request the adjustments at the last minute, additional fees may apply (in addition to the $50.00 amendment fee). Paying the $50.00 amendment fee does not guarantee a change can or will be made.
PASSPORTS & VISAS

All travelers must be in possession of a valid passport and are responsible for any required visas.

 

You are responsible for obtaining any travel documents and/or verifying entry requirements necessary for each country of travel and/or transit on your selected tour itinerary. Entry laws differ with respect to traveler’s citizenship. BGM cannot obtain personal travel documents for customers or assume responsibility for notice of current requirements on any given country. You are responsible for any expenses incurred as a result of delays or itinerary changes related to your lack of appropriate travel documents.

 

You should strictly abide by the laws and regulations promulgated by the government of the visiting country including but not limited to immigration and Customs Laws and Regulations.

 

BGM will not be responsible for any penalties due to your failure to abide by any regulations of the government of the visiting country.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

BGM uses reasonable efforts to have accurate, complete and current information on its website. However, since travel and tour rates are constantly changing, we do not warrant that all information is up-to-date or free of technical or typographical errors. It is the user’s responsibility to verify any information before relying on it.

 

We reserve the right to make changes and updates to any information contained within this site without prior notice. Access to, and use of, this website and the content thereof is at the risk of the user. In certain instances, we have provided links to other websites solely for your convenience. These sites are not maintained or controlled by BGM, and we are not responsible for their content. It is up to you to take precautions to ensure that whatever you select for your use is free of such items as viruses, bugs, worms, cancelbots, Trojan horses and other items of a harmful or destructive nature.

 

If your contact information, including but not limited to, your email address, phone number, physical address or other data is incorrect, BGM will not assume any liability for information not received by the customer/consumer.
